- General provisions
- Definitions:
- Glordis - brand under which the Seller operates the Store
- Customer - an adult natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality
- Product - movable thing available in the Store
- Terms and Conditions - these regulations
- Store - online store available at: www.glordis.com
- Seller - EXEERT Janusz Szlęzak business activity entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland, maintained by the minister responsible for economic affairs at the address: ul. Włodarzewska 78A/1, 02-393 Warsaw, NIP: 7990009617, REGON: 361217642.
- Contract - Product purchase agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store
- Order - Customer's declaration of intent made using the form available in the Store
- The owner of the online store available at: www.glordis.com is EXEERT Janusz Szlęzak business activity entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland, maintained by the minister responsible for economic affairs at the address: ul. Włodarzewska 78A/1, 02-393 Warsaw, NIP: 7990009617, REGON: 361217642.
- The Terms and Conditions are addressed to Customers of the Store.
- The administrator of personal data processed in the Store is the Seller. Personal data is processed for the purposes, for the period and based on the grounds and principles indicated in the Privacy Policy published on the Store's website.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with the law and good manners, taking into account respect for personal property and copyright and intellectual property rights of the Seller. The Client is obliged to enter data consistent with the actual state of affairs. The Client is obliged to prohibit the introduction of unlawful content.
- Definitions:
- Contracting
- The conclusion of the Contract between the Customer and the Seller takes place when the Customer submits the Order. The execution of the Order begins after the Customer's payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.
- The prices of the Products, visible on the Store's website, are expressed in Polish zloty or in euros and are net prices (including VAT). The prices of the Products do not include delivery costs. The Customer is informed about the cost of delivery while placing the Order, in particular at the time of final approval and submission of the Order.
- Proof of purchase in the Store is a VAT invoice.
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Customer may make changes to the placed Order or cancel the Order by e-mail to the Store's mailbox: shop@glordis.com.
- Payment Methods
- The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of payment for the conclusion of the Contract:
- Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's bank account
- Payment eletronically via: PayU
- Payment: Blik
- The Customer is obliged to make payment within 3 calendar days counting from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
- The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of payment for the conclusion of the Contract:
- Product Deliveries
- Deliveries of Products are available in the countries of the European Union. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
- The Seller shall make available to the Customer the delivery of the Products by courier service via UPS courier company. The type of courier shipment is selected by the Customer at the time of placing the Order.
- The delivery of the Products is chargeable. The cost of delivery is given to the Customer when placing the Order. The Customer is obliged to make payment for delivery together with payment for the Products.
- The delivery time of the ordered Products to the Customer is up to 14 calendar days.
- Complaints and Returns
- The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Customer, are defined by generally applicable laws in Poland, in particular the Civil Code (including Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code).
- The subject of sale in the Store are new Products, without defects, manufactured by the Seller. Each Product is subjected to a meticulous quality control before shipment.
- The Customer may file a claim for the purchased Product:
- in writing to the address of the Seller's Central Warehouse: Glordis, 6 Targowa St., 26-400 Przysucha, Poland.
- in electronic form via e-mail to: shop@glordis.com
- The description of the complaint should include:
- description of the circumstances under which the defect was discovered, the nature of the defect and the dates of occurrence
- a proposal to bring the Product into conformity with the Contract by replacing the Product or repairing the Product or reduction of the price of the Product or withdrawal from the Contract
- contact details of the complainant, in particular the bank account number to which the requested amount should be refunded
- Order reference number
- The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. If the complaint is accepted, within 14 calendar days the Seller will send the repaired Product or money for the purchased Product to the specified bank account number of the Customer. If the Customer returned the Product, the shipping costs will be refunded to the Customer.
- Returned Products should be returned to the address of the Seller's Central Warehouse: Glordis, 6 Targowa St., 26-400 Przysucha, Poland.
- Pursuant to Polish Law, Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller's liability under warranty for the Product to a Customer who is not a consumer is excluded.
- Pursuant to Article 27 of the Law on Consumer Rights (Polish Law), natural persons, i.e. those not engaged in business activity, retain the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or off-premises, without giving reasons and without additional costs - except for the cost of delivering the returned products - within 30 days, counting from the date of its conclusion.
- The period for withdrawal from the Contract begins from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
- The Customer is obliged to send the statement of withdrawal from the Contract in writing to the address of the Seller's Central Warehouse: Glordis, 6 Targowa Street, 26-400 Przysucha, Poland. An example of a tamplate of withdrawal statement is here: Template of withdrawal statement
- In the statement of withdrawal from the Contract, the Customer is obliged to provide the bank account number to which the Seller will refund the amount due for the Products and the reference number of the Order.
- The Customer is obliged to return the Products to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he withdrew from the Contract to the address of the Seller's Central Warehouse: Glordis, 6 Targowa St., 26-400 Przysucha, Poland.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the shipping costs of the Products shall be borne by the Customer.
- The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Customer's statement of withdrawal from the Contract, return to the Customer the amount due for the Products
- Final Provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular for reasons of changing regulations, changing payment methods or changing delivery methods.
- During the execution of the Order, the Customer is bound by the Terms and Conditions accepted by the Customer on the day of placing the Order.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant applicable laws shall apply. Disputes shall be considered by a court of local and material jurisdiction.
