    1. On the pages of the Glordis store you have the opportunity to order our Products and thus conclude a contract at a distance. In order to conclude, execute or terminate the contract we collect the following data:

      • Delivery address

      • Phone number
      • Billing and payment information
      • Delivery information
    2. Data is handled, stored and processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the GDPR.

    1. The data collected for the execution of the contract are stored for the duration of the contract, as well as until the expiration of required by law warranty and guarantee rights.
    2. After this period, data required by civil law and tax law are stored for use in audits by tax authorities.

    1. Payment data may be transferred to payment service providers. The extent of the transferred data depends on the selected form of payment.
